Pre-Order Process
- Pre-Order Timeline: Pre-ordered items typically take around 14 days to complete production.
- Shipping: Once production is complete, we will promptly arrange shipping and notify you via email.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your pre-order. Please refer to our cancellation terms below:

Cancellation within 24 hours:
- If you cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing it, we will refund the amount you paid, minus a 10% processing fee.

Cancellation after 24 hours:
- If you cancel your pre-order after 24 hours, due to the fact that production has already commenced and costs have been incurred, we will refund 60% of the amount paid. The remaining 30% will cover the incurred production costs.
Please note:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us via email, and we will handle your request as soon as possible.
